Do the government want to conceal information that makes headlines? - The government is responding differently to the identical questions about jobs and vacancies.

When parliament in session, Newspaper get new headlines. There is nothing new. Here are some example of it :

In recent years, subject of the unemployment and vacancy in the goverment jobs have made number of headlines. The source of these headlines were the data given by the goverment to the parliament.

But while reading the parliament answers of this ongoing budget session, I felt some change in the answers given. It appears that the government is making conscious efforts to withhold information about jobs and vacancies that would create headlines and send the incorrect political message.

This is my observation, and it could be inaccurate. But Here, I'd like to present six questions and answers, two for each of three topics. The reader can see how the government takes diverse positions on the same questions.
